At Mentionables, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you as soon as your return arrives at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After a quality inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
